So, why did we go with D2 steel? D2 steel is an air hardening, high-carbon, high-chromium tool steel. It has high wear and abrasion resistant properties. It is heat treatable and will offer a hardness in the range 55-62 HRC, and is machinable in the annealed condition. The Justin Case Tactical FAFO-1 Janey-J Flipper D2 blades are Cryo-Treated and tempered to a hardness of 60 HRC. D2 steel shows little distortion on correct hardening. D2 steel’s high chromium content gives it mild corrosion resisting properties in the hardened condition. D2 steel is preferred by many knife makers because of its hardness, great edge retention, wear resistance, toughness, and it’s fairly easy to sharpen. Available in Black, OD Green, Flat Dark Earth, and Slate Blue.

First of all, super fast shipping and delivery. I lover the flipper and the design. Great product!
Superb design and execution
My flipper arrived quickly after ordering, and I am extremely impressed! A fully USA made product at a terrific price Very well finished and sharp As a left handed guy, I appreciate the ambidextrous thumb studs. This feature ( plus the super smooth easy access flippers) really shines Found out about your products on sig forums, and also left a favorable review there. Your knife easily competes with blades over twice as expensive and actually quality surpasses a lot of them.
Saw this great knife on a facebook post, when I saw it I knew I had to have one. It definitely is a high quality knife. Compact and easy to open and close. Great addition to my collection.
I want to love this knife but it didn't live up to my expectations. Out out the box it wasn't that sharp and the liner lock feels sticky. I'd love to see a version of this knife with a skeletonized liner, aggressive texture on the scales and ball bearings instead of the assist feature.
I purchased this knife for a Father's Day gift! He really has liked his knife. Not too heavy, great size and fit for him! I feel the quality is just as good as a Benchmade knife at half the price! Shipping was fast and it was packaged very nicely! And Dave responded to any questions quickly on Facebook! Would definitely refer others and have referred a few already! Will purchase more for gifts!
